Description:
If you’re concerned about prices and inflation, take a moment of introspection and ask yourself if your career contributes to manufacturing in a meaningful way, or if you’re actively making manufacturing more difficult. I’m over here picking up the pieces of our forgotten manufacturing heritage and it’s starting to feel like there’s opportunity everywhere if we play by offshore rules - sharing creativity, championing STEM, innovating. Therein lies the contention, we want offshore prices with domestic post-manufacturing-era comfort. Everyone wants to play with money. It’s time to get down and dirty and make stuff. If we change our mindset now, maybe in twenty years we’ll get those USA made five cent trilobular Plastite screws.
