Copyright & Ad-Suitability "Checks" in Upload Flow: Address Issues Before Your Video Goes Public

Description:
We’re adding a “Checks” step to the upload flow that screens your videos for potential copyright and ad-suitability issues before your video launches. The Copyright Check searches for copyrighted content in your video that would result in a Content ID claim. And the Ad-Suitability Check will look into if your video follows our ad-friendly content guidelines. With this step, you can become aware of potential restrictions -- and have the chance to address those issues -- before publishing your video.

Note: the "warning screen before publishing" will only show for Checks for Ad-Suitability issues -- not for Copyright.
