Scarlett Johansson’s role in The Island. She plays Jordan Two Delta, a clone who lives in a futuristic facility where she and others are told that they are the survivors of a global catastrophe and that they will someday go to a paradise called The Island. However, she discovers that she and the other clones are actually products of a secret organ harvesting operation and that The Island is a lie. She escapes the facility with Lincoln Six Echo, another clone, and tries to find her original sponsor, Sarah Jordan, who is dying of a liver disease. Along the way, she learns about the real world and experiences things that she never knew before, such as love, freedom, and danger. She also uses a gun for the first time in her life, a NAA Guardian pistol, to defend herself from the mercenaries who are hunting her and Lincoln. She is a brave, curious, and compassionate character who wants to live her own life and help others
