Yes we can do a GroupBy Query right in LINQ. We will demonstrate this using a ViewModel which makes scaffolding a "On Screen Report" (View) very easy. Just remember to delete the unneeded DbSet that gets created.
Next we see how easy it is to dump the same data into an Excel workbook to download.
