Description:
Which names does the SQL query return? Our original Route table contains Cedar (4 km), Harbour (7 km) and Meadow (9 km).

The first query selects Name from Route where Distance is at least 7. WHERE keeps Harbour and Meadow; SELECT Name returns their names only. This SELECT reads data without changing the stored table.

Now change the comparison to strictly greater than 7. Only Meadow remains: seven is equal to seven, while nine is greater. Without ORDER BY, the sequence of multiple result rows is not guaranteed. The exact SQL is shown and explained in the video.
