Step1.
The most straightforward fix is to wait 30 to 60 minutes. Most Windows systems have a default "Account lockout duration" policy that automatically unlocks the account after a set period.

Step2.
Boot into Safe Mode
1. Press Shift while clicking Restart from the Start menu.
2. Choose Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Startup Settings - Restart.
3. Select Enable Safe Mode by pressing the number key corresponding to it.
4. Once in Safe Mode, log in to the built-in Administrator account.
