1) If a video has copyright material it will come after you make your video public.
instead of making your video public make sure you set your video on UNLISTED and leave it for sometime because YouTube take time to proceed your video, so in that case your video have any copyright claim you can re edit your video.
2) make sure you check your most active time inside analytics section to know the better understanding when you most audience are active.
