Go to this location:
steamapps/compatdata/3041230/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Local/R5/Saved/Config/Windows/GameUserSettings.ini
Set sg.GlobalIlluminationQuality=1 or 0
Using below launch options may help you to have a higher global illumination value (May or may not work)
