- Asks you to enroll in TrustedID to receive free monitoring. ToS of website requires you to waive rights to sue (arbitration)if you register for and purchase any product. Can opt out of arbitration in writing within 30 days or go to small claims.

Equifax’s CFO, workforce solutions president and information solutions president sold nearly $1.8 million worth of stock in Equifax at the beginning of August. Equifax says the executives were unaware of the breach at the time of the sale.
