KB5083769/KB5082417 Update Not Installing Error 0x80070005/0x8024001e In Windows 11 FIX

Description:
An unreliable internet connection can cause the 0x8024001e error. When the internet connection is not stable, the BITS service cannot maintain the continuous download pipeline that KB5083769 requires, and the operation is aborted.
