Error code 0x800f0845 maps to CBS_E_REBOOT_PENDING — the Component Based Servicing engine detected that a system reboot is still pending from a previous update or system change, and refused to begin staging or installing the new package because doing so before the pending reboot is committed could leave the system in an inconsistent or unrecoverable state.
