Description:
On 230417, around the time a Recovery Report was broadcast on 11175 kHz[?], E6Bs were active on 9031 kHz, which they refer to as the CHARLIE ECHO WINDOW. After some finagling to try and establish data on CHARLIE LIMA (frequency unknown), they settled on doing everything on 9031 kHz. (This had apparently been the first time in a while any monitor documented activity on the CHARLIE x WINDOWS, and discovering which frequency they were on was somewhat serendipitous.)
E6B activity on this date;

As far as which E6B is HAILSTORM, which is DICE GAME, and which is TERRIFIC;
- It looks like HAILSTORM could be E6 #AE0415; however, later in the day, HAILSTORM broadcast EAMs on the ˸20s and ˸50s, and #AE0415 was not airborne at the time.
- Identification of DICE GAME seems wholly impossible.
- TERRIFIC is almost certainly E6 #AE0414, since it mentions "landing soon" around 02˸33 UTC; AE0414 was on its way to land at KNHK at that point in time.
